It's been busy around the shop these past few weeks, so it's nice to sit down, collect our thoughts, take a look back at all that has been going on, give a couple of shoutouts, and take a look at all the exciting things we have coming up.

If you're looking for something to do bike or outdoor-related make sure to check out our calendar for all the latest events and happenings, Click Here For Our Calendar. We will be updating this calendar all the time so keep checking back and if you have an event you'd like us to post feel free to drop us a line any time with the info and details.

Now once in a while, we want to take a moment and highlight fellow makers that we at Wonder Goods love (Full disclosure, we didn't reach out to them about this and are in no way affiliated with them, even if we wish we were lol.).

Now if you're into bikes and on Instagram, chances are you have come across these two accounts, Yellow Bird Thread Works & Lugs Not Drugs, if you haven't we highly suggest you check them out. So why are we giving these makers a shout-out? Well because they they also collaborated on a fun project that caught our eye, so we tossed down a few shekels and bought one. This collab is in its third iteration, with previous releases having sold out with each coming in the form of a handmade brass stem cap that takes inspiration from the "Rotorelief" series by Marcel Duchamp.

Originally we were going to do a whole unboxing of this little guy, but honestly, when it came I was just too excited to open it and get it on my bike, so no video lol.  As an art school kid, I loved Duchamp and his blatant disregard for the "art elite" and "art collectors". He had a great sense of humor so it adds up that these two makers would find inspiration in his work and produce such a beautiful little object and well worth the money in our humble opinion. We'd suggest checking out both makers’ websites and see what they are currently offering, here are their site links >>>>

Now as for why we have been so busy, well, we have been working on the latest updates to both our handlebar bag and our top tube bag.  The good news is both of these updates are done and in fact, we launched the handlebar bag last week with little to no updates on our social and we are hoping to post and launch the top tube bag next week. Once both bags are live on the site we will be making some social posts, sending out a newsletter, etc but if you're reading this feel free to check out the new handlebar bag along with all the updates and new features. If you have any questions feel free to send us a message.

And last but not least we wanted to put the spotlight on the 2nd annual Grand Rapids Bike Prom.  This event is happening on Sept. 7th and we encourage everyone to sign up for a chill ride followed by a night of drinks, dancing, photos, and a great time! Here is a link to GET TICKETS.

Well, that's all for now, we'll catch you on the next one, and make sure to check out our social pages for updates, etc., now get outside and do something fun!
