Print label
You will receive an email from us with your return label. Please print this label so you can attach it to the package.
Bag it up
Package up your return. If you're reusing a package make sure to cover all barcodes, and previous labeling.
Now you need to attach the new shipping label to you package
Drop it off
Drop off your return to the carrier service provided on the sh. Ex. USPS, UPS

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. We cover all shipping costs for returns.
How long will refunds take?
Once we receive your return we will process the refund.
It's been over 30 days, can I still receive a full refund?
Unfortunately no. However you can receive store credit or an exchange.
I got one of your bags as gift, can I return it?
Unfortunately no but we would be happy to offer an exchange for any bag of equal or lesser value.
