Repairs & Parts

Do you repair bags?

Yes. We are happy to repair any issues with your bag. Please contact us and let us know what the issues is. We will then provide you an estimated timeframe for repairs, and a shipping label for your return. At this time this is a free service we provide to all our customers.

How much does it cost to repair a bag?

This is a FREE service we are providing for our customers.

How long do repairs take?

Each case is unique, so please reach out and we can get the process started.

I lost the attachments for my bag, what do I do now?

We are happy to provide you with new attachments for FREE, all you have to pay for is shipping.

The first time you lose your velcro or elastic shock cord stabilizer we are happy to replace them at no charge. However after the first replacement there will be a fee for replacement parts.

Ordering

Will your bags fit my bike?

Great question. While we try to set our attachments to fit most bike we can not guarantee it will fit your frame. Please check your frame/ tube sizes before ordering. If you need a larger size attachment please let us know, we are happy to provide that to you free of charge.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Typically orders ship the same day, so the sooner you can let us know the better. We are happy to provide refunds but shipping costs are non-refundable.

I have a discount code, where do I apply it?

You can apply your discount code durning the check out process.

You are out of stock on a product I want. When will it be restocked?

Please contact us with the product you are looking at we would be happy to provide a more accurate time frame on a restock.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout.

I received product from your shop as a gift, can I exchange it?

We would be happy to exchange your gift for store credit that you may use on any of our products.
