We are here to help you
This is a creative space for individuals interested in sewing, textile fabrication, prototyping your concepts, honing machine skills, and small manufacturing runs of your product. We offer a full range of industrial machines, hand tools, industrial cutting table, laser cutter, help with material sourcing, patterning, and more.
We believe tools are opportunities and by sharing these tools we hope to provide you with opportunities that can move you forward in your creative journey.
Studio Features
Cutting Table
We offer a professional cutting table with large cutting mats. Our table measures 5ft by 12ft which will accommodate full rolls of fabric.
Our cutting mats are smooth self-healing and optimal for roll cutting textiles of all sorts.
Industrial Machines
We offer a number of machines in the studio and welcome you to bring your own as well.
We offer the following machines for use.
Single Needle Walking-Foot
Single Needle Walking-Foot Cylinder-Bed
5 Thread Overlock Serger
Table Top Blind Stitch Machine
Automatic Bar Tack Machine
Hand Tools
All studio rental times come with the use of scissors, measuring tools, fabric weights, pins and fabric clips.
Other tools such electric rotary cutter, hot knife, snap press, whole punches, gravity iron, and more are available for additional rental.
Tailors chalk and marking tools are also available for purchase in the studio (once chalk is purchased it is yours to take home or store at the studio)

• Our studio also offers a full kitchen, bathroom, and lounge area for all guests during your time in the studio. Please feel free to bring any food or beverages you'd like to enjoy during your time here at the studio. We also provide free wifi for all our guests.
• During all rental periods there will be a studio assistant available should you have any questions, require help with the machines or need to rent any tools.
• With your studio time we will provide black thread and have a number of other colors for you to choose from. However if you require a certain thread color please remember these are industrial machines and will not use standard home machine thread. We typically use #69 bonded nylon however here are a few other options. Spun Polyester: Tex 27, Tex 45, Tex 60. Monofilament this is also know as invisible thread.

If I don't seen a time that works for my schedule what should I do?
If you don't see a time that works for you please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to insure you can access the studio.
Do I need to know how to use industrial sewing machines?
Preferably. We ask that you have some sewing experience on machines like this. However if you don't please let us know and we will be happy to help you during your time here.
Is there staff on hand to help with my questions?
Yes. We have full-time staff on hand during all studio hours to help with any questions you may have.
Can I come see your studio before booking time?
Yes. We'd be more than happy to have you come visit the studio. All we ask is that you email us before to set up a time. We look forward to hearing from you.
Is my project suitable for your machines and space?
Our machines are definitely for more industrial applications.
Heavier materials such as leather, Cordura, denim, sail cloth, cottons, etc are perfect for our machines.
Light weight materials such as silks, light weight cottons and other synthetics might not be best suited for these machines but we encourage you to reach out to us and ask.
Can I bring my own tools and sewing machine to sew on?
Yes. We would suggest the Hourly Cutting Table Rental. We will be happy to help you get set up once your at the studio.
Do you offer classes?
No. At this time we do not, but will be offering them in the very near future.
Can I host an event in your space?
Yes. Just reach out to us with all the details and we can get you pricing.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes. We offer free wifi for all our guests.
What amenities do you have in the studio?
We have a full kitchen, full bathroom, lounge area, along with all of our sewing machines, hand tools, cutting table, wifi, and studio tech for support.
Do you offer any other services?
For additional fees we offer laser cutting of some fabrics as well as basic product photography and and editing.
